HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I GET MY ORDER BEFORE DECEMBER 24?

If you’re in the US and FedEx delivers to you, you’ll need to order your goodies by December 19 at 11:59 pm PST. We’ll automatically upgrade your shipping to make sure your gift arrives on time (don’t sweat it—shipping’s still free).

IF I WANT TO ORDER SELFCARE AEROSOL PRODUCTS, WHEN DO I NEED TO ORDER BY SO MY ITEMS ARRIVE BY DECEMBER 24?

Orders containing aerosol products must be placed by December 14 to arrive by December 24.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go.

Please note that if you have a US rural address, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Our GEC is here to help. Reach out to us with your order and tracking ID, full name, email address, shipping address, courier name, the date it was shipped, and the missing item(s) from your order.

WHY ARE THERE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR MY SELFCARE ORDER?

If you’re located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols. If you’re located anywhere else in North America, all hazardous materials including aerosols are required to be sent by standard ground shipping.

I LIVE IN PUERTO RICO. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE AND WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

If you live in Puerto Rico, shipping is free. You will receive your order 2-7 business days after it leaves our distribution centre.
