How to do a return

RETURN POLICY

• our extended holiday return policy is in effect. In addition to our typical 30 day return window, any items purchased between October 21 and December 24 can be returned until January 23
• all merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached
• proof of payment must accompany the return
• all garments are subject to inspection
• we offer free returns

OUR QUALITY PROMISE

Quality is the heart of who we are. Quality shows up in our people, our conversations and of course, our product. If our product doesn’t perform for you, we’ll take it back. While we pride ourselves on creating long-lasting gear, our quality promise does not cover usage beyond practical lifetime.
